Coming back to the loose monetary policy we are not worried by banks at this stage as loan to deposit ratio is still very high at around 70%...
What we are worried about is still the deflationary pressure on the economy mainly due to the huge excess capacity across the country...
Regarding market valuation we think the correction is healthy and that valuations have not yet reached bubble territory...
Furthermore most foreign investors are skeptical about the recent rally and are thus underweight Greater China markets, more so compared to its weight in the world’s economy...
